FLY FISH

[ Food Ingredients ] 

1 Fish for 4 people

Use Little Salt or Pepper on fish before stream if the fish is fozen. 

[ Cooking Method ] 

Please read the below cooking movie, let you understand how to prepare and fly the fish:

Tips: 

a. It must wash and remove out all blood and organ of fish before cooking

b. It MUST use clean towels or kitchen paper to DRY the whole fish before cooking

c. Oil MUST be HOT, LET the fish be Crisp and Declious.

d. One side of Fish fly for 3 mins, turn to gold, afterthen turn to the other side

e. Two sides of Fish turned to colour in golden, fish is ready to put on the dishes

(It's not good to too quick to turn the fish at the first 3 to 5 mins cooking time.)
